About Us
Formed in Plymouth in 1986, we were previously known as The Devon and Cornwall Small Landlords’ Association.
Whilst our base is still in Plymouth, we now have an expanding membership in Bristol and the surrounding areas.
Our office manager who coordinates committee members’ activities, and provides information from the Internet supports the elected committee of volunteers.
With ever increasing levels of legislation we endeavour to keep our members abreast with current and forthcoming requirements via regular meetings, newsletters, a dedicated website, and contact with our office. A range of letting-related stationery is offered.
Membership is approaching 600 and is still rising.
With an enthusiastic team of volunteers, the Association truly is run
‘for landlords by landlords’.
